Cancelation and No Show Policies
Barring an emergency, any appointments not canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance will be charged in full. Please arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time or it will be considered canceled. This respects everyone’s time and allows more people to receive care when they need it.

Sickness and COVID Policies
If you and/or your household members are sick, please let Tess know as soon as possible and she will reschedule your appointment. For COVID-19, please follow the CDC guidelines. Thank you for your consideration of Tess and her family!

Confidentiality
Everything that you share with Tess will remain confidential, except in the following cases: if she suspects you intend to harm yourself, another person, or property, or if she suspects a child, elder, or dependent adult has been or will be abused or neglected. In all other circumstances, Tess will maintain confidentiality unless you give her written authorization to do otherwise.
